The basic causes of anxiety and stress can be separated into these categories: Predisposing causes, recent, short-term or triggering causes, and maintaining causes. Studies demonstrate that a comprehensive approach which provides a process to address the whole person in each of the causational categories we have mentioned as well as address them physically, mentally, and emotionally provides very successful results in healing stress and anxiety and greatly reducing the possibility one has to experiencing stress and anxiety in the future.
