A Shih Tzu breeder is just as important as the dog itself as your relationship with your breeder is very important to you and your dog. Make sure you take your time looking for the right breeder and also make sure you feel completely comfortable with the breeder you finally decide on. Your family's happiness, and your new puppy's life, depend on you choosing a good breeder.
