All you need to provide is the motivation and stickability to see a plan through from start to completion. Make sure that what you think you desire is really what you want. It is only by being truly motivated that you will ultimately succeed. Going for what you want with a true passion is what will give you the motivation, and you won't be able to summon up the passion if your desire is half-hearted.
From today you need to really believe in yourself and believe that you can succeed at any task you set yourself. This of course is difficult. However, think positively and start with a plan. Plan the path that you will follow to achieve the success you crave. Having produced the plan put it into action without having any doubts about it.
Each step you accomplish will give you confidence for the next step. With each small success pat yourself on the back and convince yourself that ultimate success and the achievement of your goals are inevitable and only a matter of time.
Get into the habit of visualizing your goals on a daily basis - try ideally to carry out your visualization exercise at least twice a day. When visualizing try to include as many of your senses in the process as possible. The aim is to really feel what it will be like to achieve your dreams. You are trying to convince your subconscious that you have already made them happen.
If your subconscious gets the message that you really are the person that these things happen to it will pave the way to your success rather than put in the barriers you've probably been experiencing to date. Really go to town on this. The more convincing you make your impressions and feelings, the more quickly you are likely to succeed. You should ideally 'act' the part of someone who has already achieved what you want to achieve as much as possible in your daily life.
