You can obtain a certain amount of knowledge from books, but they will not teach you how to become a successful individual. The term training has many meaning depending on where and how you are using it. You can train to be more efficient in business practices or more proficient in sports activities. However you define it it leads to skilled behavior. Once high powered athletes started talking about motivational coaching the concept of grooming a larger audience to levels of higher achievement in the business world opened up.

The fact is that business coaching did help. Amazing profits have been made by millions of businesses through hiring popular business coaches to motivate their employees. Today, the same idea stands true. Employees of large, successful companies attend seminars and training sessions. The new "formula" for achievement in the business world must include business coaching.
