They charge $99.99 for unlimited article submissions over three months. Like iSnare, they encourage you to get your fingers typing, as they have no stipulations on numbers of articles you can submit. The more article writing you engage in during a quarter the lower the per article fee becomes. It's interesting that Article Marketers quarterly rate, divided by three, works out to be less than iSnare's monthly platinum membership rate.
