There are many different ways to build muscle, but if you want to build muscle like the professionals you will have to know how to gain weight. The point of gaining weight is so that you have more space to build muscle. This will sound funny, but you will find that a large or otherwise chubby person will be able to build muscle faster than a thin person. This is because they will have more to work with, not that the fat will turn into muscle only just because they have more to work with. You will find that if you workout, to build muscle with a professional body builder he or she will tell you that you need to eat 5 -6 meals a day, and three of those meals must be big meals, while the rest are fillers, you need to keep you metabolism up, you need to build to burn, or your working out, if you are not eating properly, will result in you burning away your muscle. You might be saying that you can’t burn muscle but it is a research fact that if you have no fat to burn while you are working out you will burn away the only thing that is left, the muscle, while will result in you not building extra muscle, because you are gaining the muscle you keep burning up.

In today’s world we all want to look a certain way. We feel that we need to look like our favorite celebrity. We feel that we need to look sexy, whatever sexy sex. We as people feel that we need to fit in to a certain crowd and to do this we need to look like that crowd, or we need to talk like that crowd. We need to be slim or we need to look a certain way. This is how our lives are run these days, if you do not look nice, or you are not sexy, then you will be an outcast. This is totally wrong of people, but that is the way it is. We, however, believe that we should look good for ourselves. You should look good because you want to feel good, we all know that exercise makes you feel good.


To know how to gain muscle you need to know how to gain fat, and you need to have a stable diet and a stable workout program. You have to remember however, that if you want to gain muscle it will not end there. Yes you will look good and everything, but you need to keep you body fit, not just looking good. So you will need to add some cardio work to your body building regime, you will need to do some sort of jogging, whether it is on a treadmill or on the actual road. You could also use a skipping road as your cardio work, or as so many people swear to, you could use the famous Tae Bo series to keep you cardio and fitness up.
