India's reputation both as a source and a destination for skilled workforce helped in improving its relations with a number of world economies. Today, India is the largest democracy of the world.

The widespreading of internet and broadband in india is also seen as a great influence to the IT industry, as more and more people are becoming aware and getting used to the use of latest technologies.
