Nursing bras without flaps - A softer fabric is used in this type of nursing bra. By using this type, you can pull aside your nursing bra with relative ease. It is safe and comfortable and you can even use it when you sleep. It is also cheaper compared to those with flaps but it may provide less support to your breasts.

Nursing bras with underwire - It is more expensive than the others in this list but it is definitely worth it since it offers better support. You may feel uncomfortable though because of the restrictions the underwire may bring. Make sure to remove this bra before going to bed.

Nursing bras without underwire - This style is often more comfortable than a nursing bra with underwire. Nonetheless, it cannot provide the same amount of support underwire can bring. This is especially true if you have large breasts.

These styles are combined when designing products. This means that you can buy nursing bras with both underwire and flaps, with no underwire and flaps, with no underwire but with flaps or with an underwire but with no flaps. Just remember to choose one that is most comfortable for you and most convenient for nursing your baby.
